Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of £240,000 (approximately $322,536 at the time of conversion) to the Effective Ventures Foundation (EVF) to support the Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA), specifically its Groups team. CEA is a charity that works to build and support the effective altruism community.
This follows Open Philanthropy’s October 2023 support and falls within its focus area of Global Catastrophic Risks Capacity Building.
