The Center for Global Development (CGD) does high-quality research on a wide range of topics related to global poverty and inequality. CGD uses its research to engage policymakers about the best ways to improve conditions for the world’s poorest people. CGD’s research has been particularly helpful to us in learning about the areas of microfinance, global migration, infrastruture in developing countries, and the history of philanthropy.
