Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $550,000 to the Aquatic Life Institute for general support. The Aquatic Life Institute works to improve the welfare of aquatic animals in farms and fisheries through research and coalition building.
This follows Open Philanthropy’s November 2022 support and falls within its focus area of farm animal welfare, specifically within its interest in fish welfare.
