Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $75,617 to Effective Ventures Foundation USA to reimburse student group organizers who purchase copies of What We Owe The Future for reading groups and club events.
This falls under Open Philanthropy’s work aimed at growing the community of people working to reduce global catastrophic risks.
We made a separate reimbursement grant to Effective Venture Foundation UK at the same time.
