Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $1,999,999 over two years to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), a division of the World Bank, to support its work to improve air quality in the Indo-Gangetic Plain. IBRD will conduct research and engagement work to create action plans to improve air quality at the state and regional level.
